Peacock Cichlid Eureka

Eureka Peacock Cichlid

The Eureka Peacock is a special color breed that has a relective blue body with bright red edges. Even at two inches these peacock cichlids begin to show their true colors. In the case of Eureka Peacocks the females have similar though less vibrant color. We do not know why the name “Eureka” is applied to this extraordinary color variation, so if you have the factual story we would like to provide it on this site and reward our informant with a gift certificate.
